At Gabi The Label, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
